Blue Cohosh (Caulophyllum thalictroides, dried root) Useful for menstrual cramps when dull pains extend to buttocks and back of legs. In conjunction with Black Cohosh, a traditional support during labor and for the after-birth period. Facilitates child birth when delay in labor is due to weakness, fatigue or lack of uterine power. Suggested Use: Take 5-15 drops with water up to four times a day. Contraindications: Do not use during the first seven months of pregnancy.
