for women who are getting off oral contraceptives or
who have erratic menstrual cycles due to a variety
of interruptions such as breast feeding, physical reactions
to travel, trauma, etc.; for women who are having difficulty
conceiving; for women who have excessively long or
short menstrual cycles. Three to six months of alternating
Cycle 1 Estrotonic™ and Cycle 2 Progestonic™ will reestablish
a normal and balanced cycle. These formulas work together
over the course of the 28-day menstrual cycle and should
be taken as follows:

retention, swollen and tender breasts, lower backache, cramping,

in concentrating, panic attacks, anxiety, mood swings, crying,

drive, headaches and migraines.

best results. If used specifically for PMS symptoms rather
than for regulation of menstrual cycle, begin taking
30 drops up to twice a day, 8-10 days prior to onset
