Saw
Palmetto (Serenoa
repens, dried berry). Supports healthy prostate function.
Contributes to normal urination. Supports normal inflammation

Suggested Use: Take 15-40 drops with water
three times a day. To achieve best support take for at least
3 months or longer.
Contraindications: Do
not use with antidepressants, during phototherapy or with
photosensitizing drugs.
Warning: May potentiate the effects of antidepressants.
Do not use while taking any prescription drugs without the
advice of your primary care practitioner.
Stinging Nettle (fresh) (Urtica
dioica, fresh herb). Only when used fresh, (undried) it
stabilizes mast cell walls and fixed antibodies found in the
eyes and respiratory
system, keeping the tissues calm. Useful during hay fever and
allergic rhinitis. Tones up the mucous membranes especially
when excessive mucus and inflammation are present. An alkalizing
diuretic.
Suggested Use: For acute hay fever and allergies take
30 drops with water every half to one hour until relief is experienced,
then switch to 30 drops with water four times a day. In other
cases, 30 drops with water three times a day.
