Following the directions, taking 2 pills every three to four hours. I did not get any cold symptoms other than very mild head congestion, heaviness in my chest, and weakness.I had a low grade fever for two days. With in Two in a half days I was out of bed and exercising again feeling back to normal. More than amazing...this cold put many of my clients out of commission for 10 days or more. Write a Review
