Arnica (Arnica spp., fresh plant). FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. A first aid liniment for muscular soreness and pain from sprains, bruises, strains, over-exertion; rheumatic pain, phlebitis or arthritis. Excellent for the sore "weekend warrior."
Use: Apply every few hours; wash hands after applying.
Contraindications: Do not use on broken skin and open wounds.
Side effects: May cause skin rash (allergic dermatitis) in sensitive persons, or with prolonged use.
Warning: FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. If the skin becomes irritated, cease use.
