Cycle 1 Estrotonic™ Day 1-14 Support (Black Cohosh/ Dong Quai Complex). This formula specifically balances estrogen levels in order to reestablish proper timing of the menstrual cycle and to facilitate ovulation.
Ingredients: Black Cohosh, Dong Quai, Shatavari, Partridge berry, Licorice, Cultivated American Ginseng, Stevia.
Dose: Take 30 drops twice a day for the first half of the menstrual cycle. Begin taking from the first day of menstruation to the fourteenth day (ovulation). On the fifteenth day, switch to Cycle 2 Progestonic.
Contraindications: Not in pregnancy.
