Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale, fresh Autumn-gathered root, leaf and flower). For poor bile secretion, poor appetite and digestive function, constipation from lack of bile, rheumatic conditions, eczema, chronic skin eruptions, or psoriasis aggravated by emotional stress and/or fatty foods. As a potassium-rich diuretic, helpful for water retention due to heart problems, PMS or heat sickness.
Dose: Take 20-40 drops three or four times a day.
Contraindications: Not for use where there is blockage of the bile ducts, acute gallbladder inflammation, and intestinal blockage.
