Because
allergies, or allergic rhinitis, can be related to a multitude
of seasonal and non-seasonal irritants, ranging from tree
pollens to house dust, this is a difficult area to address
from just one vantage point. Generally, in addition to herbal
support, I urge you to take corrective measures to reduce
stress in your life (sinuses and nasal membranes react to
overall health and stress levels) and to improve your overall
diet. Try to avoid dairy products, grains (especially wheat),
sugar, alcohol and sweets, which aggravate allergies, among
other things. For those who want more suggestions on how to
heal allergies naturally, I recommend the following book, "Breathe
Free" by Daniel Gagnon and Amadea Morningstar, published
by Lotus Press, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
